Textra® has been operating in the Italian and international textile market for over 67 years and is specialised in elastic printed fabrics for swimwear and beachwear, sport, activewear, dance and gym items, exporting all over the world.
We are a textile company leader in beachwear with an industrial printing plant provided with ink-jet machines not only for samples but also for bulk orders.
Our printing plant is also equipped with flat bed screen, rotary screen machines and digital machines included one of the fastest in the world, which is entirely projected and assembled in Italy.
One of them in our factory is also provided with a special device able to combine gold laminated foil or lacquered effects with digital printing.
We count among our customers worldwide brands like Speedo, Melissa Odabash, Aquasphere Group, Lisca, Tribuna, Adolf Riedl, Eva Bitzer, Litex, Wacoal, Anita, Aubade, Lise Charmel, Tyr, Decathlon, Nike, Milavitsa, Kaufhof, Fürstenberg, El Corte Ingles, etc.
Our Style team develops every year a very appreciated trend book to keep the customers always up-to-date on current trendy pattern news.
Our collections are usually made of around 150 designs for all different targets, that are often introduced in combination with accessories like ready-made sarongs and kaftans.
In our stylistic choices we also hold in due consideration men’s wear, competition and sport designs.
For this reason our competition range is very appreciated by the most important international brands, for which we work also on the creation and development of designs on exclusive base.
Our Design Department is at your disposal for the development of your own pattern proposals, ideas or any stylistic needs.

We certainly pay attention to the market, its aspects and needs; nowadays flexibility, fast-service production and quick answers are becoming more and more important. The 1st of March 2007, thanks to the creation of an Italian Joint Venture which includes some textile companies, we built up our 100% Italian printing plant situated in Jiaxing – Zhejiang - China.
The construction of the 10.000 sqm. plant started our production in July 2008.
We are able to offer an Asian printing production granting Italian quality and protection of the intellectual property rights also for the Asian market.
We are equipped with rotary screens and we count among our customers Victoria’s Secret, H&M, Speedo, Decathlon, Wacoal Ltd, Calzedonia, Etam, Kaufhof, etc.
In January 2012 we built up our own Textra Trading based in Jiaxing.
