With the possibility of creating functional training courses in an easy, quick and fun way, F2F has been developed to satisfy not only the aquatic fitness public, but also those focused on sports and rehabilitation, thanks to a combination of interchangeable tools and accessories that enhance the quality of the exercise being carried out.
Each F2F module can be used by 8 people simultaneously. By hooking two modules together, using an optional accessory - Horizontal Ladder - a circuit with greater dimensions and potential can be created.
The basic FLOAT2FITNESS module has:
• 1 rod with anchoring base at the bottom
• 1 seating support for leg and abdomen workout
• 1 attachment for single position elastics
• 1 attachment for 6-position elastics
• 1 Accessory Kit
• 1 T-bar for arm pulls
• 4 external corner stations for dynamic and fun core training.
ACCESSORY KIT
• 2 neoprene handles
• 1 anklet with velcro straps
• 2 STRONG elastic bands + 2 carabiners
• 2 MEDIUM elastics + 2 carabiners
• 1 Belt
Optional AFA FLO 0002
